The Origin

ChiefTrace was founded by systems, security, and med-device veterans who saw the same pattern: traceability lived in spreadsheets, changes were reconciled after the fact, and audit prep consumed weeks. We built TSE (Traceability Shockwave Engine) and CAL (Change Assessment Log) to make change events auditable by default — with impact mapping, explainable risk, and sealed evidence exports.
